I've been photographing love stories for almost a decade now, and after shooting big weddings for 5 years, there's nothing quite like eloping.
I've photographed over 50+ elopements all over the globe -- from France, Norway, and Iceland, to right here in my home state of Utah. I can honestly say there is nothing like eloping with just you and your love (and maybe even a few family members!).

My philosophy and vision
My main goal is to make sure your day isn't just about pretty portraits, but is a real, beautiful, and intentional adventure. When we can be truly ourselves is when we are having fun -- and those are the photos you'll love the most.
I edit in a way that I think will be timeless for years and decades to come -- where you can show your grandkids one day and have them gasping saying "wow, you are the coolest grandparents ever!!"

I specialize in Yosemite, Moab, and Hawai'i. They are all very versatile experiences, and each present different activities and adventures that we can create. Ultimately, it comes down to which you envision yourself saying your vows at! Is it on a cliff? In a canyon? On a volcano? All are options, and all are incredibly unique and beautiful!
Don't limit yourself to rushing and cramming everything into one day. The cool thing about multi-day elopements is you can have a tailored wedding day, just the two of you -- and then an adventure, or a party with your favorite people the next day. I've seen it all, and honestly having more than one day makes it SO much less stressful!
When planning your destination, it can feel a bit overwhelming. I'll help you with where to stay, where to fly into, and the logistics part of the planning, but based on how long you decide to stay or "honeymoon" in that location can determine which package may make the most sense for you.

Most couples I work with don't even have a CLUE what they want yet with their elopement - and that's okay! Let's brainstorm together and bounce ideas off of each other in our consultation after you reach out and decide, together, based off of my recommendations and your vision. Our date is mostly determined as well by permits anyway, so if you don't have a date set in stone yet, we can still get planning!

When we first thought about planning our wedding we did not have a clue about what we wanted to do. "Dani has been absolutely amazing to work with! We had our wedding planned for May 2020 but because of covid it had to be replanned or postponed a total of SIX times! Dani was with us through all of it, was very flexible and understanding and worked with us on all our different attempts at getting married. We finally ended up deciding to move the traditional wedding to Sept 2021 (for which we've booked her again) and eloping in Yosemite a few weeks ago. Just a few days before we had to replan again to elope elsewhere due to wildfires, Dani was again super flexible and understanding, and we finally had a perfect elopement in Joshua Tree NP. Not only was she amazing to work with in that regard, but we got our ceremony video and teaser photos after just a couple days!! It was great to be able to share those with our parents right away and relive the ceremony as it all happened so quickly! BOOK DANI!
